Today, Jacopo leads the kitchen of Osteria dell’Enoteca in Losone, a gastronomic destination of excellence in the Locarnese, just five minutes from Locarno, recognised with one Michelin Star and 16 Gault&Millau points. Here, the culinary experience is expressed through precision, restraint and harmony.

At the heart of his work lie seasonality, a continuous pursuit of quality and the harmony of flavours. Each dish is conceived to enhance the ingredient in its purest expression, with Mediterranean influences that lend identity and character to the cuisine.
